    part of the collaborative environment at ARI She has competed trained coached and owned horses for decades Teresa s goals are to enhance ARI s capabilities and build our multi disciplinary programs Allie Martin Program Coordinator Allie moved to Oregon in 2010 to pursue her education in Psychology and Spanish at Willamette University Starting at ARI as an Intern in 2013 Allie found her passion working with the clientele and being a part of this activity that clearly changes lives After graduating in 2014 Allie returned as Staff and is currently responsible for the Program Development and Volunteer Coordination Allie is continuing her education in Psychology by obtaining certification in EAP Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through EAGALA Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association She enjoys being a part of the supportive mission and mindset of ARI Allie claims that the best part of working at ARI is fostering independence for those who have not been able to experience it until now Sadie Denton Assistant Program Director Sadie has lived in Oregon most of her life having grown up with horses and started riding before I was walking She has experienced all different disciplines in the horse world from being on the ranch to competing in the show ring and chasing barrels Her passion brought her to ARI in 2014 starting out as the Assistant Barn Manager then moving to the Assistant Program Coordinator position within a year She has excelled in the tasks designated to her and has gone above and beyond in her role of client services Sadie finds joy in seeing and partaking in the miracles big and small that happen on a daily basis here at ARI Marjorie Knaus Office Manager As the long time Office Manager and self proclaimed non horse person Marjorie keeps our organization running
