    bad news is Bean pooped on the carpet again this morning The good news is the poops were 3 solid little tootsie roll poops They were nearly perfect I almost took a picture So after 4 years of chronic diarrhea it looks like I ve solved his IBD with a raw food diet in about a month Now I just have to rent a carpet cleaner and work on a little behavioral problem and we could be on easy street The area of carpet that he soiled today has been a favorite spot of his over the last couple months so if I can get the carpet cleaned real well I m thinking I can nip that little problem in the bud Both Bean and Roo have started eating bones this past week and that may have been the final piece to the puzzle I had served up Roo a piece of a chicken thigh on the bone earlier this week expecting him to tear off the meaty bits and leave the bone He surprised me by eating the entire thing Bean the more tentative eater got in on the bone eating later in the weak with some smaller more
