    Claims Data Release Rules Claims Data Collection Rules Publications Data Requests Resources FAQs Standards Awards and Requests for Proposals Employment Opportunities Presentations Vendors Webinars Learning Network Meeting Notes Calendar Calendar Archive About Us APCD Council Leadership Team Our Sponsors News APCD Council Statement on Gobeille v Liberty Mutual Case APCD Council Statement on Gobeille v Liberty Mutual Case As we have previously indicated the APCD Council has been following the Gobeille v Liberty Mutual case very closely We were able to have one of our team members at the oral arguments yesterday Based on her report and the review of the transcript the APCD Council believes the Supreme Court case was well argued and appreciates the emphasis on the point that providers employers business groups and policy makers need access to independent sources of claims and eligibility data that is critical for health care reform States have been advancing health care reform and transparency efforts and APCDs have been key in these efforts We will continue to watch this closely and hope that the United States Supreme Court will uphold states authority to improve the cost and quality of health care for all citizens through important and collaborative data collection

    Vendors Webinars Learning Network Meeting Notes Calendar Calendar Archive About Us APCD Council Leadership Team Our Sponsors News NRHI to Host Webinar on New Opportunity for Total Cost of Care Project NRHI to Host Webinar on New Opportunity for Total Cost of Care Project A new opportunity is being made available to participate in the Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement NRHI Total Cost of Care Phase II TCoC project In June two new expansion regions HealthInsight Utah and Maryland Health Care Commission were selected to join the original five TCoC pilot sites Colorado Maine Minnesota Oregon and St Louis During the process of selecting the expansion sites NRHI identified that some regions faced barriers to meeting the project requirements and were not yet at a state of readiness to participate W ith support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation NRHI is now able to provide support for regions to overcome b arriers and increase their level of readiness for potential future phases More information on TCoC Phase II is included in the RFP as well as requirements and deliverables for the selected Development Sites An informational webinar will be held tomorrow Wednesday October 14th from 3 00 4 00 pm
