veg cycle and from the few buds you leave on the lower 1 3 of the plant will regrow new leafs and such You reveg it and then flower again But let s say you have some plants from which you remove all the buds without cutting the branches stems and leafs You just trim the buds off the plant leaving the rest of the plant intact And leave the lights on a 12 12 cycle What happens Will the plant continue to produce new flowers Is it really necessary to chop everything from the top 2 3 of the plant Or does it need to go in the vegetative stage again to grow new calyxes So I guess what I m asking is can you have a perpetual flowering without chopping the plant but only trimming the buds off 2 If you can have a perpetual flowering without chopping any part of the plant besides the buds how many leafs can you cut off the plant to make butter for edibles so the plant does not die and continue to produce flowers What would you say is the minimum percentage of leafs that you need to leave on for

little water can evapourate transpire So if there are low levels of photosynthesis say at night then there will also be relatively low levels of transpiration The water just cannot get out However if the pores are left open a much greater volume of water can be lose this way You can therefore assume factors that increase the rate of photosynthesis higher temperature light intensity etc will also increase the rate of transpiration Reply with quote JackBean JackBean Posts 5694 Joined Mon Sep 14 2009 7 12 pm Fri Mar 14 2014 10 34 am Seriously Do you have any idea what is the concentration of water Even if we assume that the cell is crowded I m sure the metabolism doesn t significantly influence concentration of water Shouldn t be the question the other way how does transpiration affect photosynthesis Reply with quote harryriley88 harryriley88 Posts 2 Joined Thu Mar 13 2014 10 10 pm Mon Mar 17 2014 8 23 am JackBean if you re replying to me then it could be the other way round but in this circumstance it wasn t It was a question on a mock exam paper which I have now found the
