    of infohabitants that are worth studying This will help to make our current definitions of scalability openness adaptability and stability more concrete by taking the mathematical definitions of these concepts from the dynamical systems and translating them to the world of infohabitants This will enable us to make predictions about the scalability of our ecology of infohabitants a specific operational goal Another goal is to understand the openness with respect to integration of new types of intelligent infohabitant This will be studied via population dynamics and via the study of networks of infohabitats Adaptability will be understood by studying how the adaptability of the individual infohabitants part of their intelligence interacts with the adaptability of the infohabitat and with the adaptability of the ecosystem as a whole Then it is our desire to understand the specific conditions of stability of the ecosystem Understand how the complexity of interaction of the infohabitants influences the behaviour of the ecology Using all simulation packages which we develop to reach and validate our operational goals we will build an information ecosystem concentrating on infohabitants managing resources in a micro economic context Key issues The information world can be modelled as ecosystems with infohabitats and infohabitants Study of the ecology of the interacting intelligent infohabitants in terms of scalability openness adaptability and stability will lead to a better understanding for developers and researchers to work on Technical approach Methods used are firmly rooted in Computer systems and management science The methodologies we provide will be based on soft computing techniques and infohabitant co operation mechanisms This shall provide the description of the process for an emerging ontology within the constraints of a meta ontology of operations management This description will help to automate the emerging of the ontology moving the process from the human to
