    Fund Conference Registration Home Conference Workshops Annual Conference Conference Registration Thank you for your overwhelming support and interest in the District III What s Your Vibe conference More than 1 300 advancement professionals have registered for the conference W e have closed registration to provide the best service and accommodations to each attendee For more professional development opportunities provided by District III check back for One Day Workshops offered Fall 2016 and make plans now to attend the 2017 annual conference in Nashville Feb 5 8 Registration Policies Full registration includes access to all track sessions focused discussions plenaries special receptions special event awards reception awards banquet and closing brunch Single day registrations member and nonmember DO NOT include tickets to the Monday Special Event or the Tuesday Awards Dinner If attending the registrant will need to add those events to their registration Discounts The deadline for early bird registration is Nov 13 2015 Discounts will be applied when you check out To qualify for a group discount 3 or more registrants must be from the same institution and registering at the same time The group rate is 349 and is available until Jan 8 2016 We are unable to add individuals to a group registration once submitted Payment If you are paying with multiple credit cards or need an invoice DO NOT register online Contact CASE Member Services or call 202 328 2273 Cancellations While we do not believe you would want to miss the conference we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy Registration fees for cancellations received on or before 5 p m EST Jan 29 2016 will be refunded less a 50 handling fee Refunds may be made on the main conference fees only Special events luncheons preconference workshops or other passes are nonrefundable Contact the
