    community colleges and independent primary and secondary schools Click here for a complete list of institutions The annual conference which typically draws 300 400 professionals produces a conference program that is given to each attendee The program lists each session a description of the session and the location of the session Also in the program are advertisements awards details information about the organization and other pertinent information about the profession Sponsors Sponsorship and marketing opportunities are available for business partners who wish to develop or enhance their relationship with the varied staffs from CASE District VI member institutions There are four sponsorship opportunities Levels range from 1 500 to 10 000 with a variety of marketing are each level Click here to find out more about these opportunities The price of sponsorships includes booth pricing and priority location based upon sponsorship level Registration for sponsors is open now to receive first priority in booth space Exhibitors Exhibitors will receive a 8 x 8 booth with 6 x24 x30 h draped table topped and skirted on three sides 2 side chairs Wastebasket with liner 1 7 x44 two line black on white identification sign depicting company name city state and booth number A listing in the conference exhibitor directory located in the conference program that is distributed to all conference attendees if you are registered by noon on Dec 3 2015 Two registered attendee lists in an Excel format The first electronic list of conference attendees will be e mailed five business days after the close of the Early Bird registration deadline This will allow an exhibitor the opportunity to do one pre conference and one post conference mailing to attendees A second and final list will be sent approximately 10 business days after the close of the conference and will

    is Sept 1 2016 Reasons for Professional Development Focus Invest in yourself and in your colleagues In tight economic times this is a benefit that you can provide to your staff even if you can t offer raises or promotions Retain your best people Good programs mean you and your colleagues will be doing better work Professional development offers an opportunity to refresh yourself and think bigger thoughts Recharge your batteries Goals Grow our network of colleagues and ultimately enhance our annual round table discussions Provide much needed training at a time when the advancement field faces the challenges of a new financial landscape Offer a specific and valuable training opportunity at minimal cost in a local area where travel is often required for staff development Ideas Do you want to create a networking group of advancement professionals at other institutions but lack funding to get it off the ground Have you and a few colleagues wanted to bring in a nationally recognized speaker for a cross institution professional development program but lacked the resources to make it happen Have you wanted to hold a mini conference on a topic that isn t covered at the annual district conferences Process 1 Complete the Application for Venture Capital Funding by March 15 2016 2 Applications are reviewed by the District VI Venture Capital Fund Committee and presented to the District VI Executive Committee for final approval 3 Grant recipients are contacted and awards are announced 4 Grant recipients will market their programs independently of CASE 5 Grant recipients will recognize the support from the CASE VI Venture Fund in all of their marketing materials for this activity 6 Grant recipients will complete their activity within 12 months of notification of award 7 Within 30 days following the activing use of the
