    the health of the individual person the greater community and the natural environment The Mission of The Center is to support commu nity members to become stewards of their own lives the lives of others and the environment in which we all live The Center is a culturally diverse organization developed in response to our understanding of the needs of Sonoma County s residents Our culturally responsive services are offered in English and Spanish Our highly trained workforce delivers programming designed to support and advance the healthy functioning of youth adults and families Our services are provided by a steady dedicated workforce for whom we invest in training and Certification in evidence based intervention tools We provide youth families and adults wi th g uidance men toring c ounseling and community service opportunities designed t o develop pro social and work ready skills while achieving their un ique positive human potential As stewards of the environment The Center employs our extensive knowledge of Sonoma County ecosystems to design and implement a complex array of restoration projects including watershed planning ecological restoration natural resource mapping and service learning activities In our native plant nursery we cultivate plants for habitat restoration projects
