    synopsis of their dissertation 500 1000 words in December 2015 A panel of judges drawn from executive committee members of the Merseyside North Wales CIBSE Region shall carefully consider all entries and select in their collective opinion the best three The judges shall score all entries based on the following criteria Nature of topic currency and applicability to modern buildings and or services Originality novelty and uniqueness of topic Standard of presentation referencing structure grammar spelling etc Readability and level of interest maintained Standard of discussion argument Conclusions and recommendations Stage 2 The authors of the three top entries will be invited to make a 15 minute presentation of their synopsis at a CIBSE Merseyside North Wales Region meeting on the evening of 22nd February 2016 A winning entry will be selected on the evening of the meeting and the winner and runners up will be notified immediately We invite you to attend on the evening at Liverpool Community College to take part in judging the final shortlisted student and support them on their career journey Buffet will be served at 6pm and event will start promptly at 6 30pm To regaister please email steve stevenhunt com All Events NEXT
