    to multiple day intensive programs Our workshops engage and educate participants in an interactive safe environment Experienced and skilled trainers teach principles and practical useful tools that can be used immediately Peer Mediation Training CMCRI has trained hundreds of student peer mediators at area elementary middle and high schools throughout Rhode Island and in southeastern Massachusetts Students receive an initial training in peer mediation and conflict resolution and are then qualified to mediate disputes between other students within their schools Mediation Training CMCRI provides two 40 hour mediation trainings annually generally in the fall and spring that are certified for CLE credit by the Rhode Island Bar Association Attorneys wishing to receive CLE credits must apply via Appendix D on the Supreme Court Attorney Portal at www courts ri gov A certificate of completion is issued to all participants qualifying them under the Rhode Island statute R I G L Sec 9 19 44 to ensure confidentiality in the disputes they mediate CMCRI offers discounts to any agency or work place signing up more than two participants for a training class A limited number of partial and full scholarships are additionally available Conflict Resolution Seminars CMCRI offers conflict resolution mediation
