    Links About Us Directions Donate Funds Donation Tax Receipt Events FAQ Volunteer at the Giving Factory Philadelphia Home What to know before you arrive at Cradles to Crayons What to do beforehand Please consider hosting a product drive prior to your volunteer date Drives are easy to organize and a great way to help even more kids in need by collecting new and gently used clothing books toys school supplies or baby items If you are interested in hosting a drive just let us know and we ll put you in touch with our Outreach Coordinator Check out a list of the items that we can and cannot accept Please check your email for your registration link Making sure every member of your group is registered before arrival will make the orientation process that much smoother and enable your team members to get started sooner Will you be bringing any children between the age of 6 and 18 Please make sure you have our waiver printed out and signed by a parent or guardian before arriving at the warehouse When to arrive We ask that your group arrive no earlier than 30 minutes and no later than 10 minutes before our shift is scheduled to start We often invite multiple groups to the warehouse at once and we hold an orientation for everyone at the scheduled time Where to park Parking is limited Parking is available immediately in front of our warehouse and along the street on Union Hill Rd Please do not park in the lots of neighboring buildings or along any areas marked with fire lane signs you will be ticketed Check out our visual parking map Carpooling for all groups is strongly encouraged but for groups of 40 volunteers we require that you either rent a bus
