    ECODIRECTORY LIBRARY SEED LIBRARY FARMERS MARKET FINDER Library Search the Libary The Ecology Center maintains a public library that focuses on the environmental concerns of Californians with particular emphasis on the Bay Area Our library is open to everyone for reference If you are an Ecology Center member you can check out books and videos The collection contains an impressive selection of books DVD videos reports and do it yourself pamphlets on a range of environmental subjects In addition to being available for the public our Information Desk staff use the library as well as a reference to answer questions on toxics renewable energy permaculture gardening recycling environmental education sustainable development climate action and environmental justice Special collections include a large selection of environmental education curriculum natural building guides an urban farming focus and local recycling history LIBRARY HOURS 11 00am 6 00pm Tuesday through Sunday LOCATION 2506 San Pablo Avenue Berkeley CA 94702 The Ecology Center also houses BASIL the Bay Area Seed Interchange Library Inspiring and building a sustainable healthy and just future for the East Bay California and beyond Donate Subscribe Thanks for signing up Stay in the loop with our events news and alerts The Ecology
