    Major Gifts are as follows Project Manager is responsible for all Principal Major Gifts PMG gift processing quality control on gifts administers timely and proper recording of gifts pledges and intentions in compliance with laws regulations auditing and reporting standards and requirements Works closely with PMG coordinators to ensure timely and accurate tax receipts to donors Performs audits to ensure data accuracy and quickly resolves issues Works collaboratively with revenue operations customer service and development systems teams Responsible for eblast communications in Luminate Online Convio for PMG including maintaining accurate lists coordinating with development communications other development departments and Collaborative Fundraising affiliates Develop reports and maintain communications metrics Works closely with digital fundraising team to develop new PMG and events giving pages and reports as requested Oversees and provides new hire and ongoing training for PMG team members to ensure database and other systems are used accurately and in accordance with our policies Collaborates with other team members to develop new policies and process documents as needed Support PMG users and troubleshoot problems Create and produce ad hoc reports in Blackbaud CRM and Team Approach for PMG team members as requested including mailings events financial reports and other activities Make certain all PMG electronic and hard file systems are accurate efficient and up to date Perform audits to ensure data integrity communicating with and retraining end users as needed Participate in database systems implementation project QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will possess the following professional and personal abilities attributes and experiences Bachelor s Degree or equivalent At least two to four years of directly related experience in development services and operations with demonstrated proficiency in gift processing reporting and training of staff Strong understanding of relational database concepts Strong skills with Google platform Advanced Excel skills preferred Experience with Blackbaud Luminate Online Convio Team Approach Salesforce Blackbaud Raiser s Edge or CRM Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a results orientation outstanding organizational skills including strong attention to detail Excellent communication
