    evaluation She currently provides technical support to projects and consultancies on M E systems and environmental sustainability Focusing on participatory communication techniques she has experience in training developing curriculum and using both quantitative and qualitative methods to measure and communicate impact Ms Baker holds a MA in International Communications and Development from City University London and a BA in English Language and Literature She speaks Spanish and has worked in Honduras Ghana Nicaragua Mexico Morocco Uganda the US the UK Ukraine and Zambia Virginia Appell Senior Program Manager Gender and Evaluation Virginia has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation gender research and knowledge management program management and qualitative and quantitative data analysis In 2014 she returned to Canada after spending fourteen years in Pakistan where she worked for the National Rural Support Programme and Plan International in the capacity of Program Manager for Monitoring Evaluation and Research Virginia earned her B A Anthropology from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo Ontario her M A Anthropology from University of Western Ontario in London Ontario and her Ph D Anthropology from University of British Columbia Sarah Murray Senior Program Manager Gender Sarah Murray leads MEDA s gender efforts globally Sarah s experience includes education work and travel in over 50 countries across six continents She has a dynamic career history specializing in gender equality women s empowerment and monitoring and evaluation Under Sarah s leadership gender is integrated throughout MEDA s work to ensure more equitable outcomes She conducts gender analyses develops strategic gender strategies and provides capacity building to design interventions that better address key gender equality issues and improve empowerment Sarah also provides leadership to MEDA s international partners and oversees a team of gender specialists worldwide She holds a Masters of Development Economics and an Honours Baccalaureate in Computing and Information Science She is also certified in Gender Equality Liliana Camacho Senior Program Manager Environment and Monitoring Evaluation Liliana is a professional economist with six years experience in cross cutting services within the private and public sector She brings a strong background in business analytics economic analysis and assessment as well as international field work in evaluation and environmental governance Most recently she has worked as an Economist for Environment Canada located in Ottawa Ontario She was a Fellow of the International Development Research Centre conducting research focused on economic tools to natural resource hydropower development in Myanmar and Thailand Previous roles saw her working in business metrics for a large retail chain She earned a Masters of Arts in Economics from McMaster University and an International Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Ontario Canada She is a Certified Advanced Microsoft Excel user and Certified Microsoft Access user Neil Denison Senior Program Manager IT Management Data Architecture Neil brings over 20 years experience in the Information Technology and non profit sectors For the last 10 years he worked with PeaceWorks Technology Solutions offering support to MEDA and a number of other organizations
