    Project Building a Girls Rescue Centre We will continue working with Vision of Hope where we built a safe home for 30 girls in 2015 You will be constructing a kitchen and dining room which can also be used as a communal space You will also be working on another classroom block for the expansion of Crown of Life School This is a community school with many of its children coming from very poor families You will be giving children an education and a hope for their future Other visits You will also take part in a wide range of hands on programmes for Lusaka s street children school pupils and families From having a meal with former street boys at Fountain of Hope to helping serve lunch to school children or visiting impoverished families in their homes to encourage and pray with them There will be ample time just to play with the children too if you have the time the children will be waiting for you Off duty in Zambia During the trip there will be enough time off to enjoy some Classic Africa experiences including a safari and a visit to the magnificent Victoria Falls CVM partnering with Mission Direct We have teamed up with Christian Vision for Men to give men the chance to get involved in overseas mission work with the unique feature of being able to take their children with them The trip will take place 13 27 August 2016 and the contribution for the trip will be 1 750 per person If you would like to know more information or are interested in joining the team please contact Jackie Crown of Life School Fountain of Hope Garden Hill School Kiine School Kumbayah School Trip Dates Below are the dates for trips to our

    20 years Children are still crammed into overcrowded classes attend school in shifts walk for miles or do not go to school at all The children of Mutare are longing for a proper education come and build them a school and the space to learn The project building a school The United Baptist Church of Zimbabwe has been granted a site in Mutare by the local council Mission Direct is partnering with them to build a primary school there It will provide good quality Christian education for the local children You will be helping to build a two classrooms block for the church run primary school You will also get to meet some of the families who are going to benefit from the school Other visits As well as the building project you will lend a hand with other ministries Help with HIV Awareness classes for young people Join in a feeding programme for 100 orphans cooking for them and playing games with them Visit AIDS orphans and widows in their homes offering support and encouragement Discover the work of Farming God s Way which is helping people provide enough food for their families Off duty Save the Rhinos You will be visiting a game park whose purpose is to save the rhinos from poachers You might get to meet Tatenda the Rhino who starred in a television documentary Enjoy lunch with the elephants and rhinos and experience an African sunset over the waterhole before returning for a spectacular three course meal Zimbabwe you are in safe hands Zimbabwe has been through turbulent times but now we are completely satisfied that it is safe to work there again The following is a supplementary section for a special project we are running Hope for AIDS Mutare Primary School Dangamvura N diadzo

    Far Booking and Dates New homes for the poorest of Phnom Penh Cambodian pastor Sara Sansy felt God call him to create new homes and communities for the very poorest people of Phnom Penh people without a house proper clothes money or medicine With fellow Christians a small minority in Cambodia and Mission Direct he has built a village for these people with homes education and healthcare You will be working to renovate homes at Happy Village where families have been relocated from slum areas As you help with the renovating be prepared to play with the many children keen to meet you Other visits When you are not hard at work we will take you to several other projects in the area to lend a hand These include New Life Church which runs a wide variety of education healthcare and training courses for the poor of Phnom Penh You will work with the Children s Ministry in Phnom Penh washing slum children s hair and presenting drama and songs You will meet the children of the Harvest of Hope school in Ounlong Kong Thmey where Mission Direct has worked previously Off duty In your free time you will have a chance to learn first hand about Cambodia s past by visiting the Royal Palace the infamous Killing Fields and the Tuol Sleug prison camp You will also enjoy watching a traditional Khmer dance sample some tasty Cambodian food and take a trip to the 12th century temple of Angkor Wat Harvest of Hope Prison Fellowship Cambodia PFC Tarsha s Legacy Centre in New Happy Village The New Happy Village The Sewing Centre TLC Trip Dates Below are the dates for trips to our projects in cambodia The contribution amount for the trip is shown Trip contributions are required to
