    creative teaching in the primary and secondary school The Norwegian National Centre for Art and Culture in Education Nasjonalt senter for kunst og kultur i opplæringen KKS has founded a new national primary and secondary school prize called KLINK The prize will be focusing on good examples of creative teaching of art and culture related subjects in the compulsory primary and secondary school The award of the KLINK prize will take place for the first time in December 2012 This prize will go to one primary school and one secondary school The aim of the prize To lend visibility to and disseminate good and practical examples of integrated work with art and culture related subjects in primary and secondary schools To emphasise and promote the competence goals in the curriculum regarding art and culture related subjects To increase motivation in this sector to work more intensively with art and culture related subjects as a value in itself and as a basis for interdisciplinary work To support the work of the National Centre for Art and Culture in Education and its contacts with the sector of compulsory primary and secondary education Each of the winning schools will receive a special work

    2006 2005 2004 Info Nordic dance 2012 presents national dancing traditions identity and innovation from a joint Nordic perspective Nordic Dance 2012 is a Nordic talent project for young people aged between 18 and 26 who dance folk dance or play folk music Four folk dance talents and four folk music talents from Denmark Sweden Finland and Norway respectively will be producing a performance that will have its premiere in connection with the Nordic folk dance festival Nordlek 2012 in Steinkjer Noregs Ungdomslag Norway s Youth Society has been running national talent projects for dancers of folk dance for several years and Nordic dance 2012 is based inter alia on the experience from the Sans for dans project In collaboration with professional folk dancers musicians and choreographers this experience has has been presented on the stage in a modern framework By means of Nordic dance 2012 we would like to present national dancing traditions identity and innovation from a joint Nordic perspective Within the framework of this project the talents are expected to develop as dancers musicians learn a lot about making one s own production and not least learn about co operating in a large team The project has
