    Number 215 855 2756 Emergency Information In the event of an emergency or water service interruption the NPWA office should be contacted at 215 855 3617 After business hours reports of low pressure main breaks or water quality concerns should be reported to NPWA s After Hours Emergency Number 215 855 9945 This answering service will contact NPWA s On Call employee who will address the problem Any time there is a noticeable amount of water coming to the surface of a street or yard or you suspect that there may be a main break or leak the Authority should be notified If a water main break occurs in your neighborhood NPWA crews work quickly to make repairs and restore water service Due to the urgency of repairing a main break it may not be possible to notify customers of short interruptions in their water service Every practical effort is made to minimize inconvenience to customers North Penn Water Authority has instituted a new high speed mass communication and notification system to communicate to customers about emergency non emergency or normal maintenance situations related to the water supply system when necessary This capability will allow the Authority to contact all customers within a short period of time or contact only those customers within a specific geographic area affected by a localized situation such as a water main break or a temporary interruption of service due to construction or repair work as well as notifying customers when there will be flushing of hydrants in their area The Authority asks that all customers provide current contact information such as a preferred contact phone number This will enable NPWA to reach you quickly and also ensures the database is accurate and up to date Your information may be submitted by e mail at

    Water Authority has several options available for our customers to make payment of their bill more convenient Payments can be made online by mail dropped off at the office or at any Univest Bank location by Credit Card E check E Billing Interactive Voice Response IVR system and Automatic Clearing House ACH options Credit Card E check Interactive Voice Response IVR system and ACH payments are directly linked to the Customer Service Department here at North Penn Water Authority For an ACH Application Form click here But customer service does not begin nor end here The Information Technology Department has implemented a Work Order Management system that allows our Customer Service Representatives to access Customer Accounts immediately review an account s history and prepare service requests and work orders to easily dispatch the proper technician best suited for the task to be rectified in the field This system is linked to a Geographic Information System GIS that is also a helpful tool for our representatives and field technicians in finding valve locations water pressures in specific areas and many other pieces of information that are now a Point and Click away Customer Service has many faces here at North Penn Water Authority In addition to the in house Customer Service staff it is the Water Quality and Systems Control personnel both here and at our Laboratory in Chalfont ensuring the water delivered to NPWA customers is safe and of high quality It is the Meter Department employee who makes repairs to your meter and locates small leaks that directly affect your bill It is the Distribution Department personnel who are out working in the snow and rain to repair water main breaks at 2 00 AM It is the Financial Department watching expenses and finding new and more efficient ways
