  • OCF's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Statement
on the issues of equity diversity and inclusion to develop within our own operations and policies a spirit and discipline that advances equity diversity and inclusion to nurture an open and welcoming working environment to promote the dismantling of structural and cultural barriers to individual achievement to use our resources toward the goal of making Oregon a place in which all people fully realize their aspirations to advance public policies and practices consistent with these commitments As we travel this road we will need many others to advise us to partner with us to reinforce our work and to inspire us We ask for the support and the participation of all Oregonians as we work to keep these commitments so central to our mission DECLARACIÓN DE EQUIDAD DIVERSIDAD E INCLUSIÓN Aprobada por la Junta Directiva de OCF 5 de noviembre de 2014 La misión de Oregon Community Foundation Fundación para la Comunidad de Oregón OCF por sus siglas en inglés es mejorar la calidad de vida en Oregón y promover una filantropía efectiva OCF está dedicado a continuar con su misión a través de todas las comunidades y poblaciones de Oregón Estas comunidades son mucho más diversas y complejas de lo que han sido a lo largo de la historia del estado y en los años venideros reflejarán la diversidad del mundo OCF cree que la brecha persistente basada en características como la raza género país de origen etnicidad cultura discapacidad edad religión identidad de género y orientación sexual junto con las barreras impuestas por la pobreza impiden que la visión de OCF por un Oregón próspero sano y sostenible se haga realidad La gente de Oregón debe comprometerse a nivel personal e institucional a avanzar como un solo estado De esta manera descubriremos que tenemos una economía más fuerte
