Support Issues Hi Patricia I have taken refined white sugar out of my food intake I drink plenty of spring water or filtered tap water with fresh squeezed lemon juice added from a whole lemon or lime or lime lemon it restores the Ph balance back into the skin I always use wipes and never allow soap to enter the skin around the stoma area I soak for an hour every other day in a hottish bath with a cup of epsom salts added in the water the magnesium in the salts improves the bodilly functions including the texture of the skin over a short period of time I only eat gluton free bread and steer clear of all wheat products not that I have to but because wheat has an adverse effect on the immune system raw vegetables with extra virgin olive oil keeps the skin alive Some people have a reaction to adhesive and a change of diet to vegetables can help greatly Refined table salt is nasty and cannot digest and some of it finds its way to the skin pores whereas sea salt is easily digested due to its chrystal form Frankincense essential oil is fantastic
