    Employers Coalition as well as the Portland Business Alliance Oregon Business Association Community Investment Initiative the Governor s Regional Solutions team and the Grow Oregon Advisory Council Previously Dave served as chair of the SOLVE board and for six years as a Governor s appointee to the Columbia River Gorge Commission James Lobdell Treasurer In March of 2013 James Lobdell was appointed senior vice president of Finance CFO Treasurer of Portland General Electric and the treasurer of the PGE Foundation James has been with PGE for 29 years and brings a wide range of experience to his new role In addition to serving more than a decade as vice president of Power Operations Resource Strategy he has served as vice president of Risk Management and as an executive of two former PGE affiliates Portland General Distribution Co and Portland General Holdings He earned a bachelor s degree from the University of Oregon in 1984 and is a former Certified Managerial Accountant He is a member of the FM Global Advisory Committee and formerly held executive positions with Pacific Northwest Utilities Conference Committee and several regional and state energy related committees including the University of Oregon Economic Forum the Western Electric Industry Leaders WSPP Inc BPA Collaborative Committee and continues to serve as senior fellow for American Leadership Forum Rosy Duron Secretary Rosy has been a legal assistant at Portland General Electric since January 1987 supporting lawyers working in corporate finance human resources regulatory and other areas She has been the secretary of the Foundation since 2001 She is an active volunteer with SOLVE and the Oregon Food Bank Board Members Gwyneth Gamble Booth Board Chair see above Dave Carboneau Dave retired from Portland General Electric in 2003 after more than 30 years of service and has served on the PGE Foundation board since its inception Since his retirement Dave has focused on the development of affordable housing His efforts include multi family projects on Portland s east side and a prefab project in Haiti He is also an ardent supporter of quality public education volunteering on various task forces to improve student outcomes He has been an active board of directors member for various community nonprofits including the Portland State University Foundation the Oregon Symphony Junior Achievement and JOIN Carol Dillin Carol has served as vice president of customer strategies business development at Portland General Electric since 2009 after having served four years as vice president of public policy Throughout her more than 24 years at PGE Carol has been actively engaged in the community and now serves on the boards of directors for the Westside Economic Alliance Earth Advantage Institute and Portland State University s Center for Women Politics and Policy Previously Carol served on the boards of American Heart Association and Oregon Mentors and as president of the SOLVE board Peggy Fowler Peggy retired from PGE in 2009 as president and CEO after 35 years of service in various capacities within the company She then served on the
