    Building La Salle Nonprofit Center Impact Learning Opportunities Community Collaboratives PEAK Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Planning Commission Tri County Health Council School Collaborative TriCounty Community Network Momentum One Good Thing Resources Foundation News Community Benefit Report Studies Reports Healthy Living Mission Healthy Living Healthy Hub Upcoming Events Videos Blog Recipes Fun Fitness Trending Updates eBooks Share on print Foundation Joins with La Salle Nonprofit Center to Provide Leadership Programs for Greater Pottstown Area Nonprofits Pottstown Pa December 21 2015 The Pottstown Area Health Wellness Foundation is collaborating with The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University to offer a series of programs to strengthen the leaders of Greater Pottstown area nonprofit organizations to make them better able to survive in an increasingly competitive environment The program which is open to all nonprofits serving the tri county region surrounding Pottstown includes a think tank program for nonprofit executive directors to develop a peer support and problem solving cohort specialized leadership training for nonprofit board members and an educational series in key nonprofit skills including fundraising financial management marketing program planning and website design As a Foundation dedicated to improving the health of its community we are delighted to continue to partner with The Nonprofit Center to bring these valuable programs to Pottstown area organizations said Foundation President Dave Kraybill We believe so strongly in the importance of strengthening our local leaders that we are subsidizing the entire cost of the programs with the exception of a small administrative fee which represents the participants commitment to their professional growth he added All of the programs which begin in February will be presented at the Foundation s offices at 152 East High Street Suite 500 Pottstown by expert instructors and consultants from The Nonprofit Center United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern NJ is providing
