    of my work experience education and personal experience The training we do at Quabbin Mediation supports and frames each individual s innate abilities to problem solve and empathize As the training director Susan develops organizes and provides training and support for conflict resolution and mediation programs in 14 schools and five school districts Susan can be reached at John Hallock Business Manager Mediation Case Coordinator and Hadley Court Co coordinator John graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B A in English and received a Masters of Divinity from Andover Newton Theological School in 1972 He went on to own and run a small business for thirty years Trained as a mediator in the fall of 2003 he has been mediating regularly ever since He has had advanced trainings in mediating CHINS cases in divorce mediation and in facilitating large group mediations for families involved with Dept of Social Services Triage John joined the Quabbin Mediation staff in August 2006 John can be reached at Jesse Burch Mediation Director Jesse Burch coordinates our mediation services program outreach and mediator support He graduated from Beloit College with a degree in History He received his JD from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover Jesse practices criminal and family law in the North Quabbin region Jesse has been a mediator since the beginning of his legal career and believes in helping people find effective alternatives to litigation Jesse can be reached at Diana Clarke Development Coordinator Diana coordinates our fundraising and communications and supports and develops sites for the TAB Instructor program Since 2009 Diana has worked as a teacher tutor and mentor in rural and urban schools and she comes to Quabbin Mediation with a background in experiential social justice education and alternative publishing and a B A in Yiddish

    Veterans Mediation Training Videos 2007 Letter to Veterans Map of Areas Served Skip navigation Staff Brochures Confidentiality Statement Contact Us Donate Now Confidentiality Statement Mediations are confidential and are done in a private and confidential setting Under Massachusetts law information from mediations will not be made public and cannot be used in court The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Chapter 233 Section 23C of the General Laws All memoranda and other work product prepared by the mediator and a mediator s case files shall be confidential and not subject to disclosure in any judicial or administrative proceeding involving any of the parties to any mediation to which such materials apply Any communication made in the course of and relating to the subject matter of any mediation and which is made in the presence of such mediator by any participant mediator or other person shall be confidential communication and not subject to disclosure in any judicial or administrative proceeding provided however that the provisions of this section shall not apply to the mediation of labor disputes For the purposes of this section a mediator shall mean a person not a party to a dispute who enters into a written agreement with the parties
