    nextONE is to ensure its clients achieve scale create jobs and create and or sustain wealth Entrepreneurs in the nextONE program are assigned a world class team of coaches and consultants that they meet with regularly throughout the entire nine months Coaches are offered in the following disciplines to ensure 360 degree support of their organization Executive Coach emphasizing leadership and life balance Financial Modeling and Dashboard Coach Business Development Coach procurement and or prospect list generation Business Coach application of academic sessions and growth strategy CPA Accounting Consultant At the beginning of the nextONE program entrepreneurs are taken through an intensive 9 week boot camp Participants analyze past financial performance with their accounting and financial modeling coach take leadership assessments conduct industry benchmarking and assess each functional area of their business with the assistance of their employees and assigned business coach This period allows nextONE entrepreneurs to get a clear picture of the state of their firm With a better understanding of how they are performing nextONE clients create a work plan that lays out their strategic goals and priorities for the remainder of the program and 1 2 years out as well as the tactical steps they need to take in order to achieve those goals After the boot camp is completed nextONE moves into its second stage In this stage the program incorporates Executive MBA sessions led by world renowned Kellogg professors in addition to the continued hands on support of their coaching team At Kellogg entrepreneurs take courses in the areas of Entrepreneurial Finance Raising Capital Debt and Equity Human Capital Entrepreneurial Sales Growth through Acquisitions Marketing Negotiations Top law firm Holland Knight also leads panel discussions that educate nextONE entrepreneurs on legal issues pertinent to their business and its growth In addition student support from
