    fellowship may be strengthened as we support each other practically and spiritually We meet at 9 30 for 10 00 am on Tuesdays either all together in the meeting place or as small groups two in church and one in a home Come and join us we look forward to meeting you For more information contact womensfocus trinitynorwich org Young at Heart Young at Heart is a Holy Trinity group designed to meet some of the spiritual social and emotional needs of men and women of retirement age The group is open to both church and non church members It s clear in it s presentation of the gospel and provides informal pastoral care and support for its members It meets fortnightly on a Thursday at 1 00pm for lunch on the 2nd Thursday of each month and at 2 30pm on the 4th Thursday of the month with a varied programme of general interest All are very welcome Fit for life Fit for Life is a group for ladies of all ages and all abilities which meets in the church hall on Cambridge Street on most Tuesdays at 7 20pm for a 7 30pm start The hour long session is either an aerobic workout or a circuit based class Malcolm Guymer has been instructing us for several years He varies the workouts so no two weeks are the same You can work as hard as you like depending on your fitness levels Malcolm gives advice on alternative moves if you suffer a particular problem at any time It is a sociable group with banter exchanged between us and Malcolm tells us stories and jokes whilst we workout The cost is 4 00 per session Of the 15 20 ladies who attend on average each week about half are from the local area and half are from the church both past and present So ladies come and join us and prove that keeping fit can also be fun Birdwatching The birdwatching group meets on the first Saturday of the month We usually meet at 8 30 am at a Norwich address 9am in winter months so please let Jos Baynes Clarke know by Friday evening if you intend coming so a rendezvous can be decided upon If you are able to take other folk with you in your car it does help There is no specified time to spend on the site so please come and go as you wish Do not forget to bring a packed lunch drink suitable footwear waterproofs binoculars and scopes if you have them We enjoy getting out and about to see the lovely countryside and God s wonderful creatures and of course to enjoy one another s company We are often joined by Dave Appleton who has an excellent knowledge of birds and their song which is a great help to us in finding where the bird is hiding The group is open to anyone who can walk a reasonable distance and several of

    Send us a mail Community Activities The Besom In Norwich Support for People in Need The Besom In Norwich helps Christians from Holy Trinity and other churches in Norwich to give time money or household items to people in need across the city People give time to deliver items in our van join our projects group to help with decorating gardening or DIY or meet with us to pray or plan Small groups sometimes give time together to do practical tasks Some Christians are not able to give time but do give money which we use to buy cookers and washing machines and to provide paint and other DIY materials We believe that caring for the poor and marginalized is fundamental to our faith We want to make it easy for Christians to give You do not have to give time or money regularly we only ask that you do it prayerfully and as you feel prompted If you decide to share your household possessions then please only give items that are of very good quality as we give them and everything else as a token of God s love You can contact us via the church office or directly

    Us What We Believe Mission and Vision Staff and Wardens What Is Christianity Contact Us Contact us Send us a mail Community Meal Eating in the company of others is one of the most enjoyable things we do as human beings Some of us do it every day and some of us eat alone far too often The aim of the Saturday lunches is to provide a three course meal the opportunity to enjoy eating with other people and getting to know others who live close by You can come as a family with your children with your spouse or partner with a friend or just by yourself you will receive a warm welcome and always someone to talk to You can arrive early as we serve coffee or tea from 11am onwards and you can enjoy a chat with other people or have a quiet read of the newspaper The meal including a vegetarian option is served at 12 30pm and usually finishes around 1 45pm The cost is 2 00 The venue is our hall at 54 Cambridge Street There is no need to book but if it is your first time please let our church office know
