    on quality and safe housing employment with benefits and wage growth opportunities continued education and a host of other practical daily living requirements Position Summary Position Summary This position reports to the Office Manager Data Specialist for the Achieving Reunification Center and is responsible primarily for checking in visitors screening telephone calls and forwarding mail directed to the ARC program units This position provides typing copying and distributing various documents correspondence of confidential nature to designated staff vendors parent caregivers ARC executive management etc Maintain ARC P C and referral agency database scheduling meetings gathering information and contacting meeting participants This position will also support the Office Manager Director and General Supervisors as needed by performing a variety of responsible confidential administrative duties demonstrating thorough knowledge of organizational procedures and precedents Salary Benefits 24 000 Key Duties Responsibilities KEY DUTIES OF RESPONSIBILITIES 1 ARC Administration Provides telephone coverage for the Achieving Reunification Center maintains daily records of P C correspondence P C files as requested Ensures a constant flow of ARC marketing materials onsite Available to retrieve various correspondence including payroll and other HR documents from the Urban Affairs Coalition Maintains and organize file room of all confidential information regarding parent caregiver files 2 ARC Data and Reporting Assists ARC leadership staff in preparation of monthly reports informational correspondence and memorandums E g RSS PC schedules ARC staff interview schedules team meetings etc 3 Performs all other duties as assigned Education Knowledge Skills Abilities Education Experience Skills Required Business School diploma preferred with specialized secretarial studies Minimum of 3 5 years administrative experience preferably working with executive officer or management team member Bilingual or able to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast pace flexible environment

    and young adults who have been affected by violence The Street Worker must have creditability within an identified community It is imperative that the Street Worker knows how to build to strengthen and to sustain a positive relationship with the assigned youth partner In addition the Street Worker must be familiar with various high risk areas in the city of Philadelphia Reports To YVRP District Supervisor Key Duties Responsibilities PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct the required number of monthly contacts with all assigned youth partners and accurately document into the Management Information System MIS Meet weekly with assigned Probation Officer to discuss progress and status risk classification level of assigned youth partners and document enter information into MIS Supervise a minimum active caseload of 25 selected youth or young adults Maintain and complete the appropriate reports and files for the youth partners Create goals and strategies each quarter to support youth partners positive development by collaborating with youth partners and the significant role players in their lives including Probation Officers Establish and maintain community visibility at hangouts recreation centers and schools In order to support the implementation of youth partners quarterly strategic plan initiate and maintain communications with youth partners precinct police their formal and informal support network and community resources within and outside of their assigned police precincts Assess the activity of hostile youth gangs groups within their assigned police precincts Investigate intervene and follow up incidents involving assigned youth partners their families and peers Be on a 24 hour call to respond to crisis involving youth partners their families and peers Perform other related duties as assigned by the YVRP District Supervisor Education Knowledge Skills Abilities EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or General Education Diploma GED is required Must be able to obtain a Criminal Background Child Abuse
