    with 1 image of your booth display All images must be submitted on CD Please include a non refundable check for a jury fee of 20 and a separate check for the booth rental this check will not be cashed until you are notified of acceptance into the Festival A committee will review your application and notification of acceptance will be sent out by October 7 2015 You must go through the jury process to be accepted into the Festival No exceptions will be made Artists must agree to participate both days Reproductions of artwork presented must be clearly marked No more than 40 of the total works presented may be reproductions This will be strictly enforced If you have questions about this policy please ask Festival Hours Saturday November 14 10 00am 4 00pm Sunday November 15 10 00am 4 00pm Early Set Up Friday November 13 9 00am 5 00pm Artists are encouraged to use this opportunity and will receive a 20 discount on the booth rental Regular Set Up Saturday November 14 7 00am 9 30am Artists must be ready for business by 9 30am Carts dollies and personnel will be available to assist with loading and unloading Festival staff will also be available to provide artists with breaks throughout the event Party with the Artists Saturday November 14 The Friends of the WCA will host a special reception for arts festival patrons and participating artists Saturday evening 10 000 in purchase prizes was awarded in previous years BOOTH RENTAL Fee is 150 00 for one 8 x 10 space with a limit of two spaces per artist If artists intend to share a booth both artists must complete the jury process The Waterloo Center for the Arts will provide two chairs and one 6 table with
