    has gone out of her way and created a survey to collect anonymous feedback from students and relayed responses to course and module leaders In addition Johannah has created a group chat outlining her aims as a course rep and has encouraged students to get into contact with her December Name Arzaq Ahmed Faculty Faculty of Education Health and Wellbeing Level 6 Reason for winning Arzaq has attended a faculty meeting she gathered and providing student feedback and concerns for the meeting In addition she has effectively and proactively distributed information from peers to her tutors and from her tutors to her peers Furthermore Arzaq has affectively actioned the requests of students one example being the organisation of a workshop to benefit students on her course Name Richard Barnes Faculty Faculty of Arts Level 6 Reason for winning Prior to attending the course committee and faculty council meeting Richard has organised drop in sessions and lecture shout outs in order to collect student feedback and concerns so that they can be raised in the meetings In addition he has maintained good communication with both his lecturers and peers February Name Edda Nicolson Faculty Faculty of Social Science Level 5 Reason for winning Edda has maintained regular email contact with student on her course and has actively distributed information between her peers and her lecturers trying to close the feedback loop on her course In addition as a result of student feedback Edda has been proactive and has set up a history society created a Facebook page and a Twitter feed WLVHistorySoc The goal to keep in contact with students and to keep them posted about meetings and to retweet articles pictures and links that students on the course may find interesting along with increasing the social aspect for students on
