    moved to several different countries before coming to Cambridge Massachusetts for college Because of her rich international experiences Mahnoor developed a passion for international relations and an interest in seeing the global community come together to solve today s problems Outside of WorldMUN Mahnoor is involved in the John F Kennedy Jr Forum at Harvard s Institute of Politics the Harvard International Review and the Harvard Pakistan Forum Parijat Lal USG for Finance Operations Parijat Lal is a junior from India at Harvard studying Economics and minoring in Statistics He was born in Germany and completed high school in Kenya living in six different countries along the way His interest in international relations and development is only fitting He is passionate about public policy and development economics spending last summer working with an NGO providing care for orphaned children in India Given this background MUN has been important to his high school and college experience In his free time Parijat loves playing football soccer following Formula 1 racing watching cooking shows guilty pleasure and reading He is also an avid fan of hiphop Angela Wu USG for the General Assembly Angela Wu is a junior studying neurobiology She was born and raised in Australia but lived in China and France for brief sojourns before moving to the US for college She is interested in international relations and global health and directed SPECPOL at last year s WorldMUN Seoul SOCHUM at HMUN and DISEC at HNMUN LA Aside from Model UN Angela is a peer advisor for freshmen mentors students from the Boston area and gives tours as part of the Crimson Key Society She enjoys swimming hiking and thinking about breakfast She looks forward to meeting you in Rome for WorldMUN s 25th conference Catherine Brennan USG for Administration Catherine Brennan is a sophomore at Harvard University studying psychology Originally from a small town not far from Cambridge Catherine has been involved in Model UN throughout high school and in her time at college In addition to her WorldMUN duties and staffing other Harvard conferences she is involved with the movement for prison reform on campus working both to write policy and as a tutor at a local women s prison Catherine looks forward to working with each and everyone of the delegates and making WorldMUN 2016 smooth successful and absolutely unforgettable Flavia Cuervo USG for Media Design Flavia Cuervo is a sophomore at Harvard University and will likely be concentrating in Statistics with a secondary in Romance Studies focusing on Spanish and Portuguese She was born in Cuba and moved to Miami at the age of three where she now lives On campus she is the assistant graphics chair for the Harvard Public Opinion Project a designer for the Harvard Political Review Public Relations Chair for An Evening with Champions Legal Committee Director for Harvard Model United Nations 2016 and Director of Administration for Harvard National Model United Nations 2016 She is passionate about politics and policy and is
